Kamyar "Kam" Shadan's Biography
Mr. Shadan has been involved in the Financial industry, technology and Venture Capital since 1990. He is the creator and developer of Financial Triage an adaptable financial analysis/assessment platform applicable to all levels of financial wealth. Currently Mr. Shadan also serves as the Chairman and founder of DiginomeTM Inc. a Digital Data Integrity technology firm in the Silicon Valley. He invented the concept and methodology of creating a Genome for digits. He has been various granted and pending patents for his invention, which is the first of its kind for creating a Genome for any Digital object. Mr. Shadan served as Managing Director at The Private Consulting Group, and has also been served in a Private Banking role at a major U.S Bank and securities firm. Prior to the founding of Diginome he was Chief Operating Officer of Coherity Inc. a Silicon Valley based Database Software Company which was later sold to. He has has served as a board member, provided corporate/financial strategy, executive coaching and raised venture capital for various companies over his career. His domestic and international advisory network have included former CEO/Chairman of fortune 50 Companies along with silicon valley's serial entrepreneurs, thought leaders and executives. In the late 90's he served as President & COO of Internet Technology Group, a technology business accelerator, in the Silicon Valley. He has worked at Morgan Stanley, where he co-led development of a specialized investment management group. In the late 80's during, the Savings & Loan, crisis Mr. Shadan worked with General Partners in securing financing to acquire distressed commercial real estate portfolios. Mr. Shadan holds degrees in Bio-engineering, Industrial Organizational Psychology, with special studies in peak performance and holistic health. He has completed Law school programs in contracts, tort, criminal, Real Estate, Venture Capital Institute along with Executive programs at HAAS School of business. He enjoys serving as a business host for visitors from around the world from the International Visitors Program sponsored by the State Department. His passion for helping others, and love of horses and equine sports, come together around his dedicated membership in the United States Polo Association and as a Board member of Victory Ranch a non-profit organization dedicated to helping underprivileged children through equestrian programs and education. On a personal note Mr. Shadan is a Master Instructor in Kung Fu and has been published in Kung Fu magazine. He is a certified search & rescue manager with the Office of Emergency Services. He holds a variety of Principal icenses, designations and certifications in Investments, Security, Commodities and Real Estate. Mr. Shadan currently host a financial advocacy television program "Are You Being Served?" which provides transparency, and educates client about the financial services industry. He has been a resident of Marin County/San Francisco/Silicon Valley since 1976 and has been dedicated as a professional in the financial/technology/investment industries since the late 1980's. |
